Website Package 1

• Layout of site based on your active input - you get to sit down with a design specialist and get what YOU want
• Choose from well over 5,000 images, or provide your own
• Optimized for search engines to find YOUR site, and get YOUR rankings up.
• We provide you with professional tips to get your site ranking, and keep it there.
• Completely manageable with What you See is What you Get editing (WYSIWYG) of the website, so if you type it and format it, that's what you'll see.
• We show you how to use the site. It's simple enough that when you leave, you will be confident you can do it yourself!
• If at the end, you are not completely satisfied with your design, you don't have to do a thing. Walk away, don't pay a penny. It's that simple

Website Package 2

Important: In an effort to remain completely transparent, a series of assumptions are made with these packages which allow us to provide it at the price you see quoted.

We provide hosting for all the sites we design, at a rate of $10/mo or $100/yr, whichever is easier for you. If you choose to provide your own hosting, we cannot guarantee the ability of your site to run with the software we use.

The management of the site is provided through the software we use, so your ability to manage your own site easily depends highly on the use of our software that we use to put your site together. The site visibility and optimization for search engines highly depends on the software we use to setup your site. If you choose to have a site designed for other available software on the internet, we cannot guarantee the ability of your site ranking, the ease of use in management, or that your site will even be seen at all. While we strongly suggest you use the software we setup, we will not lock you into it, but cannot guarantee the results as laid out in the packages above.

Your site design is based off software we use. If you choose to have the site designed outside of the software we use, we can custom design your site to the exact specifications you choose using Photoshop to draft the site and transfer it to a website theme. This is above and beyond the package offerings provided here, and will be charged at a rate of $50/hr in 30 minute blocks.

If at any time you exceed the design time of the package, the design time will be charged at a rate of $50/hr in 30 minute blocks (for anything past the free design time allocated for the desired package), which you will be responsible for, regardless of your choice to keep or walk away from the design. If you at any point choose to walk away from the design, you will not be provided the design or website (including if you have paid for extra design time over the allocated package free design time).

It is also assumed you own the domain name (URL) where your website will be accessed. If not, we can provide a domain name of your choosing (assuming it's available) for $15/yr which is due at the time of purchase.

There are several other options (extras) available not included in the base price of these packages. Some examples include setting up a store front (ecommerce site), setting up email to work with your domain name (URL) so you can get email at yourname@yourdomain.whatever, custom video creation, as well as other options. Please ask about our extras if you are interested. Before any design time starts, all of this information will be provided to you in writing and a signature from us and you should be provided stating that both parties understand the above mentioned assumptions.
